What exactly is included in your construction final clean?

Our final clean covers a thorough top-to-bottom detail so the space is ready for handover. Scope includes:

  • Dust all interior surfaces, woodwork, and fixtures, including ceiling fans
  • Clean trim, baseboards, doors, door frames and door knobs
  • Remove stickers from windows and glass
  • Scrub kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
  • Wipe down the window ledges, and window sills and wash inside windows
  • Vacuum kitchen cabinets and cupboards
  • Wipe down counters
  • Scrub toilets
  • Sweeping of attached garages

What won't you clean or handle on-site?

We focus strictly on detailed interior post-construction surfaces. We do not haul large exterior demolition debris, hazardous waste, or perform specialized exterior power washing and ductwork scrubbing.

How far in advance do contractors need to book?

Depending on our schedule, jobs must be booked at least one full business day in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as your completion schedule allows to secure your preferred date.

How fast can your crew typically turn around a job site?

Sites of 4,000 square feet and under can generally be completed in just one business day, depending on the volume of construction dust and residual mess left behind.

How does payment work?

We offer transparent invoicing tailored to contractor and client requirements. We discuss and finalize billing terms and approved payment methods prior to beginning work so there are no surprises at handover. However, payment is required within 90 days of job completion.

How do I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

If your construction timeline shifts, please notify us as early as possible. Contact our team by email at least one business day prior to your scheduled clean to adjust your appointment without disruption.

What does the timeframe from quote to finish look like?
